Bottega Brut Millesimato Prosecco 750ml

Bottega Brut Millesimato is a charming sparkling wine. Straw yellow in colour with fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is fresh and fruity with notes of apple, peach and elegant floral (acacia) notes.

The taste is slightly sweet, lively, fresh, quite soft, with a pleasant sapidity and balanced acidity.

Excellent as an aperitif and in cocktails, it goes particularly well with starters and with meat such as chicken and turkey.

Area of Production: Venice Region

Varietal: Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot

Serving Temperature: 4 - 5 °C

Winemaker Profile:

Bottega has a history of four centuries in the world of wine. Since the 17th century, when our ancestors cultivated the vine as tenant farmers. Andrea Bottega, The forefather of Bottega, is recorded as a vine cultivator in 1635 in one of the world’s most beautiful places: the hills near Molinetto della Croda in Refrontolo, Province of Treviso.

Today, the Bottega winery is still located in the Province of Treviso but now also with vineyards in Siena and Verona. Today, Bottega wines, grappa and liquors are being appreciated all over the world.

Bottega 'Vino dei Poeti' Prosecco DOC Brut

Bottega 'Vino dei Poeti' Prosecco DOC Brut

Winner of 12 Awards. 'The wine of poets'

The elegance, freshness and liveliness of its bubbles stem from the beauty and tradition of its territory, where unmistakable panoramas are shaped by vineyards.

Aromas of apple, white peach, citrus fruits with delicate floral acacia and wisteria notes.

The taste is fresh, delicate, balanced with a harmonious blend and softness.

The cultivation area of Glera grapes is located in the hilly area of the province of Treviso up to the slopes of Valdobbiandene, which is close to the Venetian Prealps. This area is characterised by long but not excessively cold winters and by hot but not sultry summers. The vines in this region grow on different types of land, each characterised by a variety of soils, exposures and slopes that make this Prosecco a wine with many nuances. The hilly terrain is subject to high temperature ranges between day and night. This variation in temperature enables the development of finer, more elegant and at the same time more intense aromas.

Area of Production: Treviso (Venice Region)

Varietal: Glera

Serving Temperature: 4 - 5 °C

About the Winery:

In the Veneto region, in a strip of the Treviso area known since medieval times as "gioiosa et amorosa", there is the Prosecco wine route, which passes through the most characteristic and important cities and places for the production of Prosecco DOC

Since 1876 the Adami family have dedicated themselves to the cultivation of vines in the small village of Follo di Valdobbiadene: here the first production and marketing of still and sparkling white wines began.

“Inside a glass of wine is all our history, traditions and values that have always distinguished our winery: a passion that we find daily in every single choice to always produce wines of the highest quality. Our love for our territory translates into the preservation and protection of a unique landscape, the people who live there and future generations. We strongly believe in the indissoluble union that is established between man and nature in which tenacity and the art of know-how are handed down from generation to generation.”

Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé Prosecco

Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé Prosecco

This pale pink wine brings a full bouquet of pleasing floral aromas with hints of red berry, artfully crafted with a blend of white wine made from Chardonnay and Glera grapes and a red varietal, Italian Malbec. Its flavour is delicate, but vibrant and well rounded, remaining on the palate and making this a delicious, easy-drinking wine.

Details make all the difference.

The blending of rosé wine is a delicate art, and Santa Margherita is proud to share this delicious masterpiece. We start with white wine made from the Glera grapes used to produce Prosecco, then add Chardonnay and a small amount of Malbec to add richness and colour. This tantalizing blend undergoes a month-long second fermentation followed by six months of maturation in pressurized tanks. Only then is this dry, sparkling treasure ready for you to share at your next gathering.

Varietel: Chardonnay, Glera, Malbec
Area of Production: Trevisio and Venice

Winery Profile:
In 1935, this vineyard came to life with Count Gaetano Marzotto revitalizing an abandoned parcel of land in the Venetian countryside. The location was chosen well — this had been a region of fine vineyards since Roman times. He would bring it back to its former glory, employing new agricultural science and honoring his commitment to the needs of the locals. Such an inspirational place could only bear one name — that of his one true love, his wife Margherita. And so Santa Margherita was born where alpine rivers cut through sun-drenched hills on their winding journey to the Mediterranean.

With the fourth generation, Pierpaolo and Luca, the Cielo winery joined Cantine dei Colli Berici and was renamed Cielo e Terra (Sky and Earth).

Cielo e Terra has grown into a joint venture between the Cielo family and the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The joint venture's main goal is to protect local diversity and to provide fair value across the entire supply chain and over different vintages.
