Description
Prunotto Fiulot Barbera is an intense, vibrant ruby red colour. On the nose it’s vinous and fruity with notes of plums and cherries. Its palate is fragrant and exceptionally pleasant. This Barbera is delicate and easy to drink, a youthful expression of its fruit and aromas.

Barbera wine tastes both rich and light-bodied and is a deep red in colour. Italy is Barbera’s original home and the origin of Barbera goes as far back as the 7th century.

Prunotto is located in Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, equidistant from Barbaresco and Barolo. It is immersed in a landscape that seduces by the beauty of the hills that alternate with the small sloping valleys in rows of girapoggio.
Alba itself preserves Baroque and Renaissance palaces and a series of medieval towers which were built by the noble families of the city. The whole area, with its vineyards, castles and medieval villages, preserves one of the most important and peculiar artistic and architectural heritage of Piedmont.
Now part of the Antinori family, Prunotto's production philosophy has always been aimed at the constant development of cellars and aging techniques, a constant challenge to be able to achieve the best quality. Every year, every harvest, the methods and times for the best care and management of the vineyard and the production of each individual wine are evaluated, respecting its characteristics and enhancing its potential.

The Antinori family has been committed to the art of winemaking for over six centuries, since the year 1385.
In 1385 Giovanni di Piero Antinori became a member, of the “Arte Fiorentina dei Vinattieri”, the Florentine Winemakers’ Guild.
All throughout its history, twenty-six generations long, the Antinori family has managed the business directly making innovative and sometimes bold decisions while upholding the utmost respect for traditions and the environment.

Can my wine be left if I’m not home?
Yes! However if someone else is accepting the delivery for you, they must be over 18 years of age. Bottega Italia cannot deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.
If nobody will be at home, then just make sure when placing your order that you give us explicit instructions that it’s ok to leave the delivery. With "Authority to Leave" deliveries, our couriers will leave the wine in a safe place, where possible at the delivery address. If that’s not possible, the driver will leave a card to advise that the delivery has been will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent.
By providing us with an "Authority To Leave" instruction when placing your order, then you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received.
Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a physical address. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. address.
