Description
Colours of deep ruby red with violet reflections, it's characterized by a complex and intense nose and an ample bouquet featuring black fruity notes, spicey scents and with clear notes of coffee and vanilla.
With outstanding minerality and important tannins, this Aglianico has a clean and dry finish.
Aged for 8 months carefully in barrels, this wine deserves to breathe in the glass a good 30 minutes while you enjoy the aromas before drinking.
Serving temperature: 18°C
Best served with slow cooked lamb, pappardelle with ragout. Delicious also with roasts and filet mignon.

About the Winery
Vesevo winery was born in Taurasi, Campania, a region known in the times of the ancient Greeks as Enotrai or 'land of wine" due to the incredible fertility of its volcanic lava soil that in recent times has given life to wines of the highest level from white and red grapes with a unique complexity and elegance.
Winemaker Profile:
The Fantini Group was born in the heart of the Mediterranean, in Abruzzo, in the small town of Ortona.
It is here that the largest "Boutique Winery" in Italy is based. The Fantini Group believes in meticulous attention to every single detail, starting from the vineyard. the selection of extraordinary grapes at the origin and the careful processing followed by the team of 21 young winemakers with great international experience, allow to obtain wines of great value, appreciated all over the world.
Fantini Group was nominated "Best Producer of Italy" in 2020 by Mundus and also in 2016, 2017 and 2019 by one of the most important sector guides the "Yearbook of the Best Italian Wines" by Luca Maroni; elected "Producer of the Year 2017" by Belgian journalist Alain Bloeykens; in addition, the Edizione Cinque Autoctoni wine - the company's flag - has been judged "best wine of the year" 11 times; over 80 gold medals and international trophies have embellished the company showcase in recent years, including “Wine Spectator Top100”.

Can my wine be left if I’m not home?
Yes! However if someone else is accepting the delivery for you, they must be over 18 years of age. Bottega Italia cannot deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.
If nobody will be at home, then just make sure when placing your order that you give us explicit instructions that it’s ok to leave the delivery. With "Authority to Leave" deliveries, our couriers will leave the wine in a safe place, where possible at the delivery address. If that’s not possible, the driver will leave a card to advise that the delivery has been will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent.
By providing us with an "Authority To Leave" instruction when placing your order, then you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received.
Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Generally yes, although Australia Post has occasionally rejected deliveries to P.O. Boxes. We will contact you if your delivery to a P.O. Box is rejected by Australia Post.
Refunds and Returns:
The following policy sets out how Bottega Italia and its related entities (DS Italia) manages customer refunds.
■ Breakages
If you receive a case of wine with broken bottles, you must take pictures of the case & bottles, then contact us within 2 working days of the date of delivery. Once we have received your claim we will work towards issuing you with an account credit equal to the price paid by you for the broken bottles.
Please note that risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds or account credits are offered for products that are damaged after you have accepted the delivery.
■ Refund Process
If you would like to submit a claim, simply email us with your pictures: bottega.italia@outlook.com
Typically we strive to have all refunds or account credits processed within 3-5 working days of your notification to us.
■ Exceptions
If we reasonably believe that a buyer is abusing our Refund Policy, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Refund in relation to that buyer, cancel any pending orders and/or close that buyer's account.
■ Manufacturer's liability
Subject to any rights you may have under any law, if an item purchased by you with an accompanying manufacturer’s warranty, Bottega Italia can take no responsibility for the content, fulfilment or enforcement of that manufacturer’s warranty. It is your responsibility to contact the relevant manufacturer in relation to all questions and claims relating to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Other than in the circumstances outlined above in Refund Policy and Breakages policy, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be made in respect of purchases you make via the Bottega Italia Website.
