Description
This Primitivo Riserva "Zolla Series" from Vignetti Del Salento has a ruby red colour with violet reflections. It offers a complex bouquet with notes of cherry, blackberries, black currant combined with spice of vanilla, coffee and toffee. A red with great body, velvet tannins and long persistence.
The grapes are carefully selected as over-ripe and from the low yielding vines which are over 30 years old and grow in red soil rich in iron oxides on a layer of calcareous rock. The combination of these elements creates a wine that can enrich the tasting experience beyond the most ambitious expectations.

Winery Profile:
In the Sava area, the climate is typically Mediterranean with long hot summers, but constantly influenced by sea breezes from two seas, which cools the vineyards. Here the area is characterised by brick red soils rich in iron oxides from the underlying limestone that gives these wines great aromatic complexity.

The Fantini Group was born in the heart of the Mediterranean, in Abruzzo, in the small town of Ortona.
It is here that the largest "Boutique Winery" in Italy is based. Can my wine be left if I’m not home?
Yes! However if someone else is accepting the delivery for you, they must be over 18 years of age. Bottega Italia cannot deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.
If nobody will be at home, then just make sure when placing your order that you give us explicit instructions that it’s ok to leave the delivery. With "Authority to Leave" deliveries, our couriers will leave the wine in a safe place, where possible at the delivery address. If that’s not possible, the driver will leave a card to advise that the delivery has been will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent.
By providing us with an "Authority To Leave" instruction when placing your order, then you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received.
Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a physical address. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. address.
