One of Italy’s most famous wine varietals, and meeting all the standards to qualify for the celebrated DOC classification, this montepulciano is from a prestigious Abruzzi vineyard first planted by Princess Margaret of Austria and her husband Price Ottavio Farnese in the 1500’s.

The ancient vineyard enjoys unique microclimatic conditions and temperature range enabling the production of rich, complex and consistent wines.

Golden yellow in colour. Wide and intense with pleasant hints of apple and tropical fruit. Fresh and fragrant it has a great structure and smoothness;

Very much a Chardonnay but with a more delicate and aromatic aftertaste.

Only organic grapes are used in the Masterful vegan winemaking process. 3 Passo Bianco is certified with "Ethical" and "Sustainability" via the Italian B Corp community.

A blend of Negroamaro and Primitivo, this Appassimento gives aromatics of sweet cherries and red plums which are woven together with earth, tobacco, grilled herbs and hints of leather. Medium-bodied with a silky texture that gives way to flavours of cherries and plums.

Produced almost exclusively in the southern region of Puglia, Italy, Appassimento is a the process of drying out the grapes whilst still on the vine. This tradition was historically used in the Veneto region in the production of Amarone, and goes back many centuries. The lovely Primitivo and Negroamaro fruits are naturally dried on the vine for 25 days, allowing a naturally higher concentration of natural sugar from the grape and combined with a long period of aging to create a supple wine full of ripe black fruits and spices with complex hints of spice, vanilla, and raisins.

The Solea Merlot from Cantine Cellaro is deep ruby red with fruity aroma and hints of blackberry and red currant. Long lasting and wrapping palate, well structured, with hints of spices and fruit.

The production of this Merlot is in the steep slopes of Sambuca area, where the vineyards overlook the Arancio Lake and here we find the best soil conditions to create a wonderful expression of Merlot with a subtle fruitiness and aroma structure.

Perfect with roasts, red meats, game and cheeses.

The “leggero appassimento” (light drying) technique consists in reducing the water present in the grape. Dehydration produces an increase in the sugar content of the grape. The resulting wine exhibits exuberant hints of red

fruits and a complex and elegant tannic texture. After the harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing, followed by maceration at a controlled temperature. Once fermentation is complete, the wine rests in stainless steel vats before completing its maturation in the bottle.

This Chianti Rriserva is a brilliant ruby red colour with garnet highlights. Featuring aromas of cherries, red plums, and currants layered over notes of earth, rose petals, and leather. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied showing excellent structure with firm, integrated tannins and plenty of spice on the long finish.

Aged for a minimum of 2 years, for 15 months in tanks, then 9 months in French oak barrels and a further 5 months in the bottle before release.

The Greve is the heart of Chianti, the hilly region of central Tuscany . The vineyards are on the seep slopes so the wines from quartzitic blue -grey sandstone, with layers of sand and calcareous trained according to a simple Guyot system, with a maximum of five to eight buds per vine.

Intense and rich deep ruby red colour with violet reflections, intensely fruity with predominant Marasca notes. The elegance of the perfumes is confirmed by the presence of a red rose that persists among the spicy and toasted scents that come forward. A full-bodied wine which is soft, balanced and complex.

In closing cinnamon, cloves, thyme, cocoa and tobacco on the palate with tannins that are soft and well present.

The wines from the Fabiana Farm represent the genuineness and personality of this fantastic land and passion born since the ancient Greeks, enhancing the traditional native vines and combining innovation to obtain the maximum expression of indigenous grapes: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Fiano Salento for palates who want to get excited.

The 30 hectares of the Fabiana Agricultural Company are born on a clayey-limestone soil which allows us to produce wines of great personality and intensity favoured by the proximity of the sea and the warm temperatures. They extend along the Ionian coast in the province of Taranto, the most popular area for Primitivo di Manduria with simple Guyot training systems and a high concentration of plants per hectare.

The vines are between 5 and 50 years old, the processes are carried out with the utmost respect for nature using organic products. The harvest is carried out at night for the white wines and scrupulously by hand for the red wines to ensure that the bunches remain intact in their aromas.

A terrific example of the fine art of blending wine which achieves a perfect balance of flavour, tannins and acidity.

This Toscano Rosso from Tenute Rossetti is deep ruby red, the aroma is elegant and fine bouquet of red berries with a delicate vanilla finish. Flavour is a full bodied red wine, rich and creamy, with bold tannins and a long, lightly spiced finish.

Winemaker's Notes:

The Coste di Moro Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is from the Lunaria company which is a member of the Cantina Orsogna Cellars, a community of green-hearted winemakers on the slopes of the Maiella in the Abruzzo region.

The Lunaria vineyards are located in Orsogna and in the neighbouring municipalities, on the slopes of the Majella National Park, our mother mountain, majestic and quiet, and 15 km as the crow flies from the Adriatic Sea, a stone's throw from the Trabocchi coast: a particularly ventilated foothills area with a microclimate that does not allow the massive production of grapes, allows us to reduce the use of pesticides and invasive treatments.

Today our biodynamic vineyard area is 360 hectares.

All our processes are subjected to a rigid verification process certified by the international DEMETER brand from agricultural production, to winemaking, to the marketing of our products. The Demeter brand (goddess of fertility and the earth) is a further certification than that already provided for by organic farming (in fact, biodynamic farms are obligatorily also organic).

The elegance, freshness and liveliness of its bubbles stem from the beauty and tradition of its territory, where unmistakable panoramas are shaped by vineyards.

Aromas are refined with fruity (green apples, pear, citrus fruits) and floral (white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley) notes, sage and spices in the finish.

The taste is soft, harmonious and elegant, with a slim body, lively yet balanced.

The cultivation area of Glera grapes is located in the hilly area of the province of Treviso up to the slopes of Valdobbiandene, which is close to the Venetian Prealps. This area is characterised by long but not excessively cold winters and by hot but not sultry summers. The vines in this region grow on different types of land, each characterised by a variety of soils, exposures and slopes that make this Prosecco a wine with many nuances. The hilly terrain is subject to high temperature ranges between day and night. This variation in temperature enables the development of finer, more elegant and at the same time more intense aromas.

Bottega has a history of four centuries in the world of wine. Since the 17th century, when our ancestors cultivated the vine as tenant farmers. Andrea Bottega, The forefather of Bottega, is recorded as a vine cultivator in 1635 in one of the world’s most beautiful places: the hills near Molinetto della Croda in Refrontolo, Province of Treviso.

This is the highest quality Pinot Grigio with a flavour and aroma that will last all afternoon with cheese and crackers or into the evening with a hearty meal.

The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness and they are soft-pressed to prevent the migration of any bitterness into the must. Fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature of 17-18 °C.
