"Stunningly smooth, a triumph of flavours and a tribute to the winemakers of Fantini".
Deep ruby red with shades of black plum. The aromas are deep and complex: ripe fruit, raisins, blackberries, sour cherries, cinnamon with touches of vanilla and dark chocolate. The palate has a powerful rush of cocoa powder, with notes of jammy blackcurrant and hints of mocha espresso and caramel toffee.
The seamlessly integrated palate of tannins frame the perfect acidity, giving a long texture on the finish.
Aged in American oak for 18 months

We tasted. We loved it. We wanted to drink this Amarone all night long!
Intense red ruby colour with garnet shades, elegant bouquet with black cherry hints, mature fruits and spices. It’s a wine with great structure and complexity, but still smooth and elegant.
Aged in a combination of French and Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years which creates a very structured and incredibly aromatic wine.

■ 1x Caldora 'Yume' Tre Autoctoni
Supreme Italian Red.
Very deep red with garnet highlights. Very persistent with notes of cherry, plums, ripe blackcurrant, tobacco and final toasty taste. Great structure, soft, plenty of velvety tannins, very persistent with a long finish, spicy notes of vanilla and chocolate.
Aged in barrique for 9-12 months, this wine is born from the three important grape varieties of Abruzzo, Puglia and Sicily.
Varietals: Montepulciano, Primitivo and Nerello Mascalese.
Area of Production: Abruzzi, Apulia and Sambuca di Sicilia

Can my wine be left if I’m not home?
Yes! However if someone else is accepting the delivery for you, they must be over 18 years of age. Bottega Italia cannot deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.
If nobody will be at home, then just make sure when placing your order that you give us explicit instructions that it’s ok to leave the delivery. With "Authority to Leave" deliveries, our couriers will leave the wine in a safe place, where possible at the delivery address. If that’s not possible, the driver will leave a card to advise that the delivery has been will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent.
By providing us with an "Authority To Leave" instruction when placing your order, then you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received.
Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a physical address. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. address.
