Description
This Soave Superiore from Canoso is a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. In the glass looks clear and consistent. The aroma is intense and complex with intriguing scents of lavender, kiwi and melon. The taste is fresh and precise and of great elegance with a balance of acidic and softness. It has a base note of almonds that beautifully represent the vine.
Aged for a minimum of 12 months on lees and 4 months in the bottle.

Founded in 1876, the Canoso winery is located in the Soave Classico area, in a town called Monteforte d'Alpone, known for being one of the oldest wine regions in Italy. Can my wine be left if I’m not home?
Yes! However if someone else is accepting the delivery for you, they must be over 18 years of age. Bottega Italia cannot deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.
If nobody will be at home, then just make sure when placing your order that you give us explicit instructions that it’s ok to leave the delivery. With "Authority to Leave" deliveries, our couriers will leave the wine in a safe place, where possible at the delivery address. If that’s not possible, the driver will leave a card to advise that the delivery has been will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent.
By providing us with an "Authority To Leave" instruction when placing your order, then you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received.
Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a physical address. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. address.
