Aged for 6 months in oak, this Negroamaro from Fabiana is an intense red colour with garnet-coloured hints. To the nose it has a fruit sensation of black cherry and blackberry, with notes of sweet spices due to the refinement in oak. In the
mouth it is smooth and balanced with a strong but never intrusive tannin. It has a long smooth finish.

The wines from the Fabiana Farm represent the genuineness and personality of this fantastic land and passion born since the ancient Greeks, enhancing the traditional native vines and combining innovation to obtain the maximum expression of indigenous grapes: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Fiano Salento for palates who want to get excited.
The 30 hectares of the Fabiana Agricultural Company are born on a clayey-limestone soil which allows us to produce wines of great personality and intensity favoured by the proximity of the sea and the warm temperatures. They extend along the Ionian coast in the province of Taranto.
The vines are between 5 and 50 years old, the processes are carried out with the utmost respect for nature using organic products. The harvest is carried out at night for the white wines and scrupulously by hand for the red wines to ensure that the bunches remain intact in their aromas.

Can my wine be left if I’m not home?
Yes! However if someone else is accepting the delivery for you, they must be over 18 years of age. Bottega Italia cannot deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.
If nobody will be at home, then just make sure when placing your order that you give us explicit instructions that it’s ok to leave the delivery. With "Authority to Leave" deliveries, our couriers will leave the wine in a safe place, where possible at the delivery address. If that’s not possible, the driver will leave a card to advise that the delivery has been will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent.
By providing us with an "Authority To Leave" instruction when placing your order, then you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received.
Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a physical address. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. address.
