Ferrari F1 Podium Special Edition - Jeroboam 3Litre

Celebrate like the drivers do on the podium, thanks to the launch of Ferrari F1® Podium Jeroboam by Ferrari Trento – the official toast of Formula 1® (2021 - 2024).

For this special release, Ferrari Trento has selected a Blanc de Blancs produced in a limited edition and only in the three-litre bottles – typical of such celebrations – offered in a special cylindrical gift box, with a dedicated design.

This special edition is a replica to that used on the podium, with the name “Ferrari” written large on one side and the symbol of the winner of the Grand Prix™, and bears the official logo of Formula 1®.

For more than a century Ferrari Trento has been synonymous with Italian excellence which is why Ferrari Trento was the official toast of F1.

A brilliant straw yellow, with remarkably persistent perlage made in the classic Champagne method.

Sensations of apple, underpinned by tones of biscuit and citron. Amidst the notes of ripe fruit one finds pleasant hints of crusty bread, deriving from its more than 30 months’ ageing on the yeasts.

The taste is a fresh and lively flavour, enhanced by the velvety softness of the bubbles. The typical fruity notes of Chardonnay combine with fragrances of yeast.

Varietal: A strict selection of 100% Chardonnay grapes.

Aged for an average of 48 months on lees

Trentodoc is the first D.O.C. in Italy devoted exclusively to Metodo Classico.

After the creation of the cuvée (the desired blend), the base wine is bottled and enriched so the second fermentation can begin: the one that creates the perlage (bubbles).

The cuvée remains in the bottle virtually undisturbed for between two and ten years, depending on the individual wine.
