For more than a century Ferrari Trento has been synonymous with Italian excellence which is why Ferrari Trento is the official toast of F1.

Voted "Exceptional" in our blind tasting event of an extensive range of Champagnes and Sparkling wines held in October 2024. Some of our tasting group chose Ferrari Maximum Blanc de Blanc as one of the best but all of the group chose it as an exceptional sparkling wine and were surprised at how unimpressive the 3 "big name" French champagnes were by comparison.

Made in the classic Champagne method, this Blanc de Blanc is a brilliant straw yellow, with remarkably persistent perlage.

Sensations of apple, underpinned by tones of biscuit and citron. Amidst the notes of ripe fruit one finds pleasant hints of bread crust, deriving from its more than 30 months’ ageing on the yeasts.

The taste is a fresh and lively flavour. This Blanc de Blancs is a delicate, refreshing, and crisp sparkling wine with a fruit-forward flavour and elegant balance. It has a palate filled with citrus aromas and a delicate minerality enhanced by the velvety softness of the bubbles. The typical fruity notes of Chardonnay combine with fragrances of yeast.

Denomination: TRENTODOC

Varietal: A strict selection of 100% Chardonnay grapes.

Aged for an average of 30 months on lees

Trentodoc is the first D.O.C. in Italy devoted exclusively to Metodo Classico.

After the creation of the cuvée (the desired blend), the base wine is bottled and enriched so the second fermentation can begin: the one that creates the perlage (bubbles).

The cuvée remains in the bottle virtually undisturbed for between two and ten years, depending on the individual wine.
