Description
Garnet red in colour with aromas of subtle red berries and wild berries. On the palate it is soft, elegant, fruity and spicy.
Aged in large oak barrels, it is one of the absolute best Pinot Noir's you will ever find.

Pinot noir (Pinot Nero or Blauburgunder) is one of the most appreciated and ambitious red wines.
Pinot noir does not adapt well to many conditions, and it represents a challenge both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Thanks to its delicate aroma and distinctive character, it enjoys great prestige. This Pinot noir develops its full potential on the cool yet sunny vineyard sites of Eppan, yielding a full bodied and elegant wine.

Appiano - at the doorstep of the Dolomites - with over 1,000 hectares of vineyards, is the largest South Tyrolean wine-growing municipality in the heart of Bolzano Province.
For over a century the St. Michael-Eppan Winery, with 320 winemaking families and 390 ha of vineyards, has been supporting the most important wine-growing municipality: Appiano on the South Tyrolean Wine Road at the doorstep of the Dolomites.

Can my wine be left if I’m not home?
Yes! However if someone else is accepting the delivery for you, they must be over 18 years of age. Bottega Italia cannot deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.
If nobody will be at home, then just make sure when placing your order that you give us explicit instructions that it’s ok to leave the delivery. With "Authority to Leave" deliveries, our couriers will leave the wine in a safe place, where possible at the delivery address. If that’s not possible, the driver will leave a card to advise that the delivery has been will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent.
By providing us with an "Authority To Leave" instruction when placing your order, then you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received.
Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a physical address. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. address.
